The American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) and Dallas Black Dance Theatre (DBDT) have ratified the company’s first collective bargaining agreement.
Following the ratification by both organizations, AGMA has lifted its Do Not Work Order against DBDT. This agreement was reached as DBDT prepared for its 50th anniversary season.
AGMA and DBDT acknowledge the artists, advocates, community members, and supporters who contributed to this milestone. Both organizations look forward to a new chapter of collaboration and continued growth for Dallas Black Dance Theatre.
